Klaar terwijl u wacht


Reparaties op afspraak kunnen wij uitvoeren terwijl u wacht. Binnen 15 tot 30 minuten zijn 9 van de 10 reparaties succesvol afgerond. Het vervangen van een scherm zijn we echter iets langer mee bezig. U kunt bij ons onder het genot van een kopje koffie of thee wachten in de wachtruimte. U kunt er ook voor kiezen het toestel later op de dag of een andere dag af te halen met uw afhaalbewijs. Een derde mogelijkheid is het opsturen van uw toestel na het formulier op onze website te hebben ingevuld. We zullen dan na reparatie het toestel aangetekend en verzekerd retour sturen.

Zorgvuldig, netjes en vakdeskundig


Reparaties en onderhoud verrichtten wij te allen tijde met veel zorg en aandacht. Handschoenen die statische elektriciteit voorkomen, een veilige ondergrond die schermen vrij van krassen houd en gedesinfecteerd gereedschap om alles binnen onze procedures te kunnen uitvoeren. Daarbij bekijken we de mogelijkheid of we snel en veilig het toestel van de binnenkant kunnen schoonmaken. Op de langere termijn zorgen kleine stukjes stof ervoor dat het toestel snel warm word, slecht gaat opladen of een hoofdtelefoon aansluiting die niet meer werk; wij verhelpen dit op voorhand omdat voorkomen beter is dan genezen. Dat is nog een service, toch?

Originele Apple onderdelen


Om de kwaliteit te kunnen waarborgen en een uitstekende service te verlenen worden onze reparatie onderdelen met grote zorg geselecteerd. Goedkoop is vaak duurkoop en daarom werken wij slechts met originele onderdelen die afkomstig zijn vanuit Apple Nederland of geautoriseerde resellers. Dit zijn leveranciers en bedrijven die geautoriseerd zijn door Apple om de onderdelen te mogen verkopen in Nederland. Om de beurten vinden er inspecties en controles plaats bij onze leveranciers; door ons maar ook door specialistisch personeel van de leverancier(s). Op onderdelen of de reparatie bieden wij een garantie termijn van ruim … dagen, daarom bent u ten alle tijden verzekerd van kwaliteit en een goede reparatie!
